This privacy policy applies to the "AI Face Swap & Art Generator" app (hereinafter referred to as the "Application"), developed by Apps Arcade Studio (hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider") as a commercial service. This service is provided "AS IS."

Face Data Policy

Face data we collect
We analyze your photos to detect facial feature points (e.g., eyes, nose, mouth) for processing. We do not store or collect any facial data. After the analysis is complete, all face-related data is deleted, and no data is saved.

Purpose and process of collecting face data
To provide the "face swap" feature, we need to detect key facial feature points. The process includes:

1. You submit the selected photo to our server.
2. The server analyzes the face data and applies it to the selected template.
3. The server returns the final output image to you via the app.
4. The final image is temporarily stored and deleted permanently after a short period. Once processing is complete, the original face image is deleted immediately from our servers.

Face data sharing and storage
We do not share your face data with third parties, nor do we store any facial data submitted. All uploaded photos are deleted after processing.

What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?

User-Provided Information
The Application collects information you provide when downloading and registering for the Application. Registration is optional, but some features may not be available without it. The Service Provider may use your information to contact you with important notices, updates, or marketing promotions.

Automatically Collected Information
The Application may automatically collect certain information, including the type of device you use, its unique device ID, IP address, operating system, browser type, and usage data.

Does the Application collect real-time location information?
This Application does not collect precise real-time location data.

Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Application?
Aggregated, anonymized data may be periodically transmitted to third-party services to help improve the Application. The Service Provider may share your information as described in this privacy statement.

Below are the third-party services used by the Application, each with their own privacy policies:

• Google Play Services
• Google Analytics for Firebase
• Firebase Crashlytics

Information sharing
The Service Provider may disclose user-provided and automatically collected information:

Opt-out rights
You can stop all data collection by uninstalling the Application. Use your device’s standard uninstall method or remove the app via your app marketplace.

Data Retention Policy, Managing Your Information
The Service Provider will retain user-provided data as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. Automatically collected data may be retained for up to 24 months and aggregated later. If you wish to delete user-provided data, contact us at appsarcadestudio@gmail.com.

Children
The Application is not intended for users under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe your child has provided personal information, please contact us, and we will delete it.

Security
The Service Provider takes steps to protect the confidentiality of your information with physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards. However, no system can guarantee absolute security.

Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically. You are advised to review this page regularly for updates.
